I visited Tustin Hyundai for the first time a few weeks ago. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, friendliness, and transparency. They went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout ago. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, friendliness, and transparency. They went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout the repair process by texting me and sending me links to videos that I could review, which was a pleasant surprise. Elsa was very kind and thorough. I don’t usually expect to have a good experience at dealerships to be honest, but Tustin Hyundai may have changed my mind about that now. I’d highly recommend them! Ivan was fast, kind and didn't try to sell me things i didn't need. Thank you! He was quick to get me what i wanted and i was in and out of the dealership with my car inside of 2 hours.
