My parents and I recently came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle through the friends and family program. My parents are quite old and have always feared the process of buying a vehicle because o purchase a vehicle through the friends and family program. My parents are quite old and have always feared the process of buying a vehicle because of their previous experiences. The program basically was a set price so the only negotiating was just in terms of trade in value. English isn’t my parents first language but Marcos was very patient with them not only during the test drive but also throughout the entire purchase. This really made my parents feel at easy and satisfied with their purchase. I would definitely recommend Marcos to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle at Tustin Hyundai. More
