David Kim was excellent Service Advisor. He prepared complimentary rental, for estimate service of $1K+. He gave me Ionic5 that no need be recharge upon return. This dealership has the best customer service, from the time I called to make the appointment to the day of the service. I was greeted promptly and courteously upon arrival. The person that processed me time I called to make the appointment to the day of the service. I was greeted promptly and courteously upon arrival. The person that processed me after check in said it would be a couple hours but both my cars were completed much earlier. They even fixed a tangled seat belt that would not retract properly. I received texts upon completion along with the mechanics providing a video explaining their work and any recommendations. Always love going to this dealership for service. More

Love this dealership! Their service team is top notch! I’ve got 2 Hyundais… a gas and an EV. Service has been excellent so far! I’m particular about which motor oil to use Their service team is top notch! I’ve got 2 Hyundais… a gas and an EV. Service has been excellent so far! I’m particular about which motor oil to use for my gas car and they let me bring my own oil and charge only for labor at a fair rate. Other shops usually aren’t this flexible. The customer lounge isn’t big or fancy but it’s got the important amenities to wait and work comfortably. Also like that they send a video to you summarizing the repair/service work that was done. Keep it up! I’ll keep coming back! More
