Let me start by saying if I could give a zero rating I would. This dealership is absolutely the worst experience we have every had purchasing a vehicle and being a little older we have purchased a few. I would. I will communicate to all friends and family to stay away from Tustin Buick GMC. I have filed a formal complaint with GM and plan on filing legal action against this dealer. This could not have been anymore devious if they tried. Flat out lied about added options being included with the vehicle. Not at an additional cost but included. Asked 3 times and received the same answer. Yes Ms J. all included with vehicle. Those included add-ons that were included cost my husband and I 3700.00 more dollars. When signing the documents we asked why are this items being listed separately and were told that is the only way to get the warranty. Our vehicle was in transit which was a little different. We were asked how we wanted our documents and we indicated a hard copy printed. We were told we could pick them up when we picked up the truck. I do not believe this is legal but I could be wrong. When we picked up the truck we had to ask for the documents and were told the basic's were printed but we would need to print the rest from the thumb drive that was provided. So our documents were not printed as requested. I could go on and on. Point is this dealership is not concerned about repeat business and once you sign the documents they do not care about the service they provide. We spent over 70,000 on a vehicle and when we picked it up they handed us the key and said see ya later. The vehicle had equipment messing and the sales rep had no idea. This was a horrible experience and the issues are still not resolved. I will never purchase from this dealer again and I will tell anyone that asks to not go there. More
Worst place to buy a car. This place did not turn in my smog paperwork to the DMV like they told me they were going to do and was pulled over multiple times and cops saying they were going to impound my ca smog paperwork to the DMV like they told me they were going to do and was pulled over multiple times and cops saying they were going to impound my car because the registration was expired. Later the DMV told me the car was never registered and that IM supposed to come in to turn in the smog paperwork. Went to the DMV and had to pay 400 in late fees. Ridiculous. This was my first car that I bought so I’m new to how all of this works and this incompetent crooked dealership made everything so hard to deal with after the fact. And the fact that they didn’t really inform me of how things work makes me feel like they stole my money. And I put down more than 7k just to get this kind of service. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
Worst after sales service! Service Manager is useless, could not resolve a defective tonneau cover that opens while you drive even when locked with a key. Opened a case with GM corporate, so far they patch me to voice mail and no return calls. Will never recommend GMC and 100% will warn others to stay away from Tustin GMC. More
Made an agreement on a vehicle. When I returned with the cashiers check they changed the condition of the sale. Used the excuse of 9/11 to demand more steps in order to make the sale. When I refused they told me that they would hold the vehicle until the CASHIERS CHECK cleared. A cashiers check is the same as cash. When I told them that I would leave a negative yelp review he "took his ball and went home". Told Me the sale is off and walked away. They are arrogant by stating that they sell hundreds of cars and they really don't need to sell me a car. This level of customer insult needs never be rewarded. More
Fonsi greeted us and showed above average knowledge of the vehicles and all promotions going on. This was especially appreciated because my wife was nervous and had her doubts, and after 5 mins of speaking to Jorge you would've thought they had knew each other for years. Thanks again to all of the Tustin GMC staff for making the trade-in and purchase painless while accommodating all of our needs. Definitely a customer for life! More
Worst possible place. They do not honor their online offers. They have dealer markups that they do not disclose. The price you see online is a lie. They will not deal woth those prices. The salesmen and managers joke about screwing you. They go to other offices and make jokes about getting the highest commision from you because you are to stupid to know. The pretend to talk about cost while calling you stupid. They should have closed the door so I would not hear the conversation. When asking about the online price they say try and get it. As for me I will never allow anyone I know to spend money at Tustin GMC ever. Already stop 10 sales that I know of. More

I would strongly suggest if you're looking to buy a pre-owned and/or new car go some place else that would treat you better and not steal and ask you to lie for the them.
