Leased a 2021 GMC Acadia and the vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas. I mentioned this to the delivering agent and his response was that was all they would give due to the discounts offered. Also 4 gallons of fue gas. I mentioned this to the delivering agent and his response was that was all they would give due to the discounts offered. Also 4 gallons of fuel is all that is to be delivered in the vehicle The only discounts I received was what was offered directly from GMC. - nothing extra from the dealership Should have had them unwind the deal and let them keep the vehicle A very disappointed customer for $50 worth of gas. Had to stop and refuel to get home. In purchasing cars for at least 30 years this is a first. Check the gas gauge when leaving this agency. Would never recommend Tustin GMC.. More

Horrible experience to tell you that we’re trying to negotiate on the price and Chris the sales person there went to talk to their supposedly financer and he said there is no deal just get out we’re not negotiate on the price and Chris the sales person there went to talk to their supposedly financer and he said there is no deal just get out we’re not doing a deal with you how rude was that and after we had signed the papers he was trying to be all nice and you know when you get your car and you check in before you’re going to leave well the couple that was there buying a new car good in a tractor car their mileage was way off so they had to go back and negotiate that just watch out because they don’t help you add their rude. They are very shady trying to add on $3000 to every used car for a mandatory wheel and tire protection warranty.
