Worst possible place. They do not honor their online offers. They have dealer markups that they do not disclose. The price you see online is a lie. They will not deal woth those prices. The pretend to talk about cost while calling you stupid. They should have closed the door so I would not hear the conversation. When asking about the online price they say try and get it. As for me I will never allow anyone I know to spend money at Tustin GMC ever. Already stop 10 sales that I know of. More

Greedy misleading crooked sales policies, Wished I had got up and walked out. After the salesman gave us the price, they added almost $8,000.00 dollars to the sales contract for things that were not part got up and walked out. Basically, their policy is to lie to the customer and milk as much extra money as criminally possible. I turned to the wife and said, "Lets get out of here and shop for another car next week, Then they did agree to remove $5,000.00 of those extras off the contract and $700.00 off that so called un-removeable $3,000.00 after I turned to my wife and said "lets get out of here and look for another next week. I did end up getting the car because the wife liked it but I didn't leave there a happy customer. I can honestly say ,Never will I ever shop there again. I wouldn't recommend that dealership {Tustin Buick GMC} to any one shopping for a vehicle. Leased a 2021 GMC Acadia and the vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas. I mentioned this to the delivering agent and his response was that was all they would give due to the discounts offered. Also 4 gallons of fuel is all that is to be delivered in the vehicle The only discounts I received was what was offered directly from GMC. - nothing extra from the dealership Should have had them unwind the deal and let them keep the vehicle A very disappointed customer for $50 worth of gas. Had to stop and refuel to get home. In purchasing cars for at least 30 years this is a first. Check the gas gauge when leaving this agency. Would never recommend Tustin GMC.. More
