Update on my initial review. They put us through xxxx buying a vehicle. Lying nonreturned calls. Sold us a vehicle they never had. Top it off sold us a maintenance plan that paid for maintenance at any GMC dealership. You guessed it only good at their dealership over 90 miles away. They called today to ask if I wanted to buy another vehicle. I was not polite. After my experience I think the four star review are from the sales staff. More

This is is my first time purchasing a car and I had visited 4 dealerships prior to Tustin Buick GMC. None had really tried to help me get a car because I have no credit. I never had to leave my house for anything. they delivered my truck to me 2hrs away. after hours... they got it done and I couldn't be more a me. My experience working with with dealership was awful! I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. The sells person sold me a car that wasn’t on the lot, registered the vehicle as if I had driven the would never recommend anyone to this dealership. The sells person sold me a car that wasn’t on the lot, registered the vehicle as if I had driven the car off the lot, funded the loan of the vehicle and forced me to make the first payment of the car 45 days after the purchase even though the car wasn’t in my possession. I made the first payment so it would not affected my credit, I ended up canceling the entire deal, had to wait another 2 weeks for the loan to close and removed from my credit. I am still waiting for my refund from the first payment I made. More
