Worst customer support and service that I have ever received from a dealership after buying cars for over 35 years. This deserve a negative star. I shouldn't have to complaint to get satisfaction. PRO PACK SUCKERS! My wife and I decided to purchase two used cars at Tustin Buick GMC. When the paperwork started, we noticed an increase of $3579 per vehicle. I imme My wife and I decided to purchase two used cars at Tustin Buick GMC. When the paperwork started, we noticed an increase of $3579 per vehicle. I immediately question what the extra cost was for and we were told it was for their “Pro Pack”. We told the dealer we do not want the Pro Pack and removed it from the price. They said all their vehicles come with the Pro Pack and they cannot remove it. Deal Breaker! So, the manager was called in and so the show starts with him getting approval from corporate to lower the price to their out-of-pocket cost for the Pro Pack which knocked off $2000 per package. So now the price per Pro Pack is $1579. We liked the vehicles enough to agree and complete the transactions. When we called to register the Pro Pack program and activate theft protection and vehicle tracking, we were told we only had the Perma Safe and the Clear Pro door coverages of the package (not worth $1579). They removed these items from our sales contract and did not tell us. As most people do, we signed the docs without looking at every line. THEY LIED TO US AND STOLE FROM US!!! More

I bought a used 2019 BMW X3 from here for what I thought was a good deal because I did search the area within a 25 mile radius and there price was the best at the time, it’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting for my registration and plates. I have already been back to the dealership for another extension on the temporary plates, I was told by the DMV that the dealership has not paid them yet and whenever I try to call and speak to anyone at Tustin Buick GMC I get the run around and when I finally get a manager who’s name was Debbie piper if I remember correctly said she would get to the bottom of it and check with there own DMV Dept. to see what’s going on but it’s been a game of transfers and leave a voicemail with no return phone calls ever. I am a Navy Combat Veteran who spent 2 tours in Iraq and 1 in Afghanistan and I got better communication from my translator who can barely speak english then what I get from this place, and to top it off I took my vehicle to a BMW dealership just to get it looked at and found out the front brakes and the rear brakes need to be replaced, the only thing this dealership did was replace the brake pads. To any military Veterans out there Please watch your 6 and Do Not Do Business with these people they will tell you anything just to make a sale and that’s pretty much where it ends…!! More

The worst experience ever! !! Purchased my vehicle on 1/28/2023 and I am STILL waiting for my vehicle registration. They are totally giving me the run around. I checked with !! I checked with the DMV and they said the dealership has not paid the full amount due to the DMV and because of that my registration is held up! Total amateurs. After saying that it's a commercial vehicle several times they have gone and submitted it as an individual registration. More delays! Apart from that the sales person who sold me the vehicle forgot to mention that the side of the roof has a leak!!! When asked about the stain he brushed it off saying ‘ohhh it’s nothing’ I can just clean it off. Now I am facing a huge loss because I cant operate my business as I STILL haven’t received my paperwork. I feel like I have been robbed. Till they got the sale they were contactable and now I cant even speak to a sales person to check on the status of my vehicle. Stay away from this institution. More
Purchased a car on 1/7/23 after my purchase I had a serious concern and reached out to the dealer with concern. I had to escalate concern and reach out the General Manager Ronnie, GM was able to addres serious concern and reached out to the dealer with concern. I had to escalate concern and reach out the General Manager Ronnie, GM was able to address my concern quickly and link me up with Tony is finance. Overall I appreciated the way the GM took care of my concern and Tony was very professional with the whole interaction. Thank you gentlemen appreciate it 👍🏽 More
Horrible experience here. They would not sell me the vehicle for their advertised price. They added over $3000 in a protection plan that included pair, fabric and….. like $400 They would not sell me the vehicle for their advertised price. If you would all stop paying for this nonsense they wouldn’t be able to try and take advantage of the rest of us. Just go to a different dealer. Out of state even. More

I've left 6 messages for employees in the Finance Department - not 1 return call. The manager of the finance department; Tony M., clearly has a cultural problem and they follow his lead - he's two of the messages not returned. What I need is something simple - cancel an AUL service contract they sold me. Apparently - they do not sell GM Service Contracts because they make more $$ on a 3rd party contract. That company is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. After hours on the phone - they directed me to the dealership as only they can cancel a service contract. No customer should have to go through this as I'm simply asking to have a quick transaction completed. VERY ODD that they are so reluctant to handle this issue. Thank goodness the California Department of Insurance regulates this stuff - never thought I'd actually appreciate over regulation! Now one knows why - to protect consumers. More
