I found the truck I was looking for on their website. I called to see if I could do the paperwork remotely and come get it. they said they have an in person policy. I asked if they would take a deposit to hold it until I could get there. I am 140 miles away and needed to make arrangements. they said they did not take deposits or hold vehicles. I explained I had to drive from Bakersfield and needed to make sure it would be there. I was talking to Natalie the sales manager. she gave me a number to text and said she would keep in touch. I informed her I would be there in a few hours to which she said ok. I asked her to start the paperwork and I filled out the credit app. she ran my credit while I was driving. When I arrived I was told they sold the truck earlier that morning but they had other colors. I had been very clear that was the only one I was interested in. She was not there and the salesman said she knew the truck was gone but she insisted he could sell me a different one. I wasted 5 hours driving down and back and now she wont even respond. The salesman did fill my tank because he felt bad and knew they misled me. I’ll find one elsewhere. More
I have called to follow up with Ronnie Blomquist and where this direct number, he left on my google review originally went to him and I spoke with him 1 time, it now goes to a "Debbie". Mr Blomquist, al where this direct number, he left on my google review originally went to him and I spoke with him 1 time, it now goes to a "Debbie". Mr Blomquist, although, I see you answering back on these negative google reviews from myself and others, providing a number that actually reaches you, would be helpful. I also STILL do not have an update on the latest status of title and it is now day 273 and still NO car title for a vehicle that was purchased in cash in August of 2023! More
Beware, ! !!! They sold me 2 year old Hyundai car with only 22500 miles with major Engine failure, bought car from sales associate Abraham Jorge on 03/24/24 w !!! They sold me 2 year old Hyundai car with only 22500 miles with major Engine failure, bought car from sales associate Abraham Jorge on 03/24/24 with all clean list of checks for major defects, drove only 5 weeks, noticed coolant level was low, took to Hyundai service and got bad news, milky looking oil, failed head gasket or possible more engine damage . Car will be in service shop for the next few months. Paid very good money for it , above market price for car in very good condition. called and emailed Sales manager Michael Martinez, Tommy Barnes and Abraham Jorge to discuss misrepresentation of car condition. No call back. Horrible experience and feeling. More

5 stars for the experience from the beginning to driving off the lot with a new car! Went to this dealership started off with a phone call to see if the car we were considering was available. They answere off the lot with a new car! Went to this dealership started off with a phone call to see if the car we were considering was available. They answered fast and transferred me over to a sales rep named Benjamin, he promptly confirmed the car was still available and had it ready for us to check out when we got there. Once we arrived we immediately felt the good vibes from him and test drove the car a few times as he was patient with us because we had to alternate test driving the car due to us having our dogs with us. The car was priced well, yes they did have add-ons that were put on the car which increased the price, however the offer price was below kbb value and edmunds car value. Now comes time with negotiations because both my wife and I liked the vehicle. Yes you definitely have to come in to any dealership with your skills in negotiating what you are comfortable with, because business's are there to make money and customers wants a good deal. We felt like we both won! The negotiations did happen and it was definitely a good experience and NOT a pushy one. During our negotiating we spoke with both Benjamin and Patrick. Patrick the floor manager worked with us with running numbers and Benjamin did what he could to make the deal work. We agreed to the price we were comfortable with and they didn't make it soooooo difficult. GREAT!!! Now time to finance, we met with Alex and he made the experience even better with helping us get the extended warranty that still fits within our budget. Not a pushy guy either, he just did his job and still was able to provide us the warranty with no hassle. Mind you it was still early in the day so they had a lot of time to keep dealing but they made it quick and easy no pressure sales with good deals. From picking up the call fast to speaking with Benjamin dealing with Patrick and finishing up with Alex AAA+ experience no doubts there. Thanks guys and Tustin GMC for the experience we definitely recommend this dealer and the guys we worked with. We got a car we liked, color, features, price and warranty not to mention Benjamin gave us two bags of chips while working up the numbers, little things count. Hopefully our next car we consider this dealer will have it and Benjamin, Patrick and Alex are still there offering the same exceptional quality of service!!!! More
We purchased a Yukon Denali Ultimate 9 months ago. Great experience! Had a recent service visit. Jeff in Service was outstanding. Everything went well. Never had an issue until I sold them my truck. Great experience! Had a recent service visit. Jeff in Service was outstanding. Everything went well. Never had an issue until I sold them my truck. So why the 3 stars??? Came in over two weeks ago and sold my 2021 GMC 2500HD Denali. 17 days later still waiting on the check for $20k+. GMC Financial said the truck was paid off 2 weeks ago. DMV said ELT title was re-issued as paper title 10 days ago. Looks like the dealer is sitting on the money till they sell my truck. More
Do not trust the word of anyone at this place! Especially Shane the manager! who after all these problems Iv had says "it passed safety" and then tells me "it's a 10 year old car, you shouldn't h Especially Shane the manager! who after all these problems Iv had says "it passed safety" and then tells me "it's a 10 year old car, you shouldn't have bought it from us" he has no respect for customers and where he works! Honestly lost on where I should start? Warped rotors that I told them would need replacing? No E-brake!! (salesman Darwin) pulled it and the car didn't stop, and lied when I asked him if it didn't work just now. Hole repair in rim (wheel wouldn't balance) dealer put new tires on and said they never noticed! Cross threaded rear lug nut. (Shane Bhatia) stated that the car was bought like that! If that was true how did they get the rim off to change the tires? Torn/ripped brake line? Look at the photo!!! Don't even need to speak much on this as was all know this is a major safety issue! I could go on and on about how they have horrible communication, made me have to take off work to see them in person just to get in contact with them! I bought a used 2013 Chevy corvette from them on August 3rd, I did take it "as is" however they did say they have to still do safety and smog. This was completely reasonable, I visually inspected the car when I bought it. We discussed what safety concerns the car might need at that time and we all had an agreement. After the 2 week wait for them to do smog and safety inspection before I was even able to test drive the car or take home. I took it to a shop the next day and had it inspected like they told me to do! Now their excuse was I should have brought it back for them to finish the safety!!!!! You guys should feel very lucky that I never crashed due to a brake line that was almost cut in half! With no E-Brake!!!! Still so much I can add to this but curious how they handle this issue, I was told on (8/26) that Shane was going to talk with service on this and I'll hear back from them on monday (8-28) but never heard anything even the day after so here I am.
