The worst experience I have ever had. I recently purchased my car 2 month ago, so literally went 20+ diff dealers for mine. Now my sister was looking for one and went to Tuscaloosa Hyundai I recently purchased my car 2 month ago, so literally went 20+ diff dealers for mine. Now my sister was looking for one and went to Tuscaloosa Hyundai for hers. Where should I start. Mariquis Holcombe (Sales Consultant I had) 1. I emailed 2 times about 2015 Veloster White one, if the vehicle is still available at dealer. No answer. 3rd time, he replied me back in one sentence. "Hey what color is the one you looking at and do you have the stock# or Vin #" No greeting and Certainly did not read mine. 2. The email went over couple times between me and him. I wish I could attached whole emails. I asked something about price but he answered something else. So I planned to go visit the dealer on Sat. (better talk in person) then he emailed me "Thank you for stopping by" - the automatic After visit email on Thursday although I haven't visited them yet. 3. Visited on Sat. test drove it. it had 2000 miles on it. I was a bit concerned because never informed about it. Mariquis gave me the quote. It was a little over my budget. I was struggling maybe like 30sec. Then he started pushing me and my sister expecting us to purchase thousands dollar product in 10 min. Then he started treat me and my sister don't know about the car/car purchasing. We asked if there is any other options. Then he was having attitude. He asked what my sister's budget is, she answered. It was 1,000 lower than his quote. He rose his voice said our budget is impossible that he doesn't want to waste ppl's time and walked out of his office. This happened less than 10min after we sat in his office. 4. Me and my sister called the Manager that we would like to speak with him. Matt, the manager came in, asked what's up. We explained the conversation between us and Marquis, and Matt said "So? what do you want me to do?" I said "We didn't like Marquis' attitude and how he was pushing us and just walked out" then Matt said "That, I will talk with him once you guys leave" I received the intention that he wanted us to leave whatever. Me and my sister walked out. The worst dealer experience I have ever had. Do not go there. You deserve more than this. (I wish I could give them a ZERO star but guess it won't let me. Here is one for me to learn the lesson how bad the dealer could be) More
