Internet is Important Do not use your online inquiries as cold call leaders. Times have changed and people now do a lot of business by internet. Last year I contacted two Do not use your online inquiries as cold call leaders. Times have changed and people now do a lot of business by internet. Last year I contacted two dealers and bought one from out of area dealer who was responsive to online inquirey. This year I contacted the same two dealers and got the opposite result. I asked for the first salesman by name but instead got the automated company response. Consequently they lost the sale and I now have a new best contact. Maybe next year it will flip again. More
