I knew the exact vehicle I wanted, and had somewhat settled on the financ I very much enjoyed the ease of purchasing my new car at Tuscaloosa Hyundai. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted, and had somewhat settled on the financing route I would take. And everyone was very helpful in making sure that was the car I went home with. Originally, I spoke with Travis Hodgen (I believe) about coming to test drive the car. He would not be at the dealership on the day I wanted to visit. So he made sure to set me up with a salesperson who would be in that day, since I was traveling from outside the area. I made an appointment with David Styres. However, I arrived a bit early and he was with another customer. He apologized, and introduced us to Brandi Irvin who was happy to assist me with explaining the features of the car and letting my family and me test drive it. Tony Crook in the finance office was also very personable and willing to work through a couple options to help me finalize a deal that was well within my budget. They even put air in the tires of the car we drove to the dealership. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience as a first-time car buyer at Tuscaloosa Hyundai. I've already recommended the dealership to my uncle. More
