My adult child bought a brand new Hyundai and took the car to be serviced at this dealership. I was seriously looking into buying a Hyundai because of how pleased my child was with the vehicle. Because of the treatment by the service manager and his condescending and unprofessional attitude, I will NOT be buying a Hyundai, as I had originally thought of doing. He refuses to accept the warranty on the car and has been informing my adult child the service will have to be out of pocket and nothing can be done until lpermission is granted --- despite the warranty on the vehicle. Due to his lack of respect and sense of entitlement where he feels he has the right to treat customers any kind of way and deny the warranty, I don't want to deal with any Hyundai dealerships. Obviously, the company is not standing by their product and allow their service department to set their own rules. This is unacceptable!! After reading the reviews, this has been his normal practice when dealing with customers with warranties. My question is do the warranty plan really not get covered or is he having customers pay and then getting the warranty money later and pocketing it for himself. That's the only reason I can see this service manager not wanting to honor the warranty with the customer and telling the customer to deal with that issue later. Whether the vehicle is being covered by warranty or being paid by the customer, the dealership is still getting their money. Or am I missing some pertinent information that could make a difference in my feelings for the Hyundai products you have on your lot? If the service manager is an example of how your other dealership and service departments are, this is truly not the expected service I am looking for. More

I took my car in to be serviced. I had an appointment and it still took 3 and half hours. Then they didn’t reset the service light or put on the valve stem caps. I went back in to be refunded for the labor since they didn’t finish the work. The manager, David Clements refused and followed me to my car and put his hand hand on my door to prevent me from closing it. I called and complained and the manager of the dealership Brooke meissner called me essentially to tell me she wasn’t going to help me. This Hyundai is terrible. Go to Hoover!! More
My visit at this dealership was enjoyable, everyone was nice and very helpful. I purchased a 2023 that had been the dealership's loaner vehicle. Everyone was super helpful and nice. If I could give negative stars I would. First off, the new car I was looking to buy was dead when we went to test drive it. They told us to come back and it would be running. They jump it off. We test drive it. Turn it off. Go to crank it up again dead again. They gave us a new battery and we thought ok things will be ok. Wrong. They messed up paying off my car that I traded in so today I had to make payment on the car that is sitting on their lot being sold. Now in two more weeks I get to pay for my new car. They don't care whatsoever!! The car they bought from me has multiple bent rims!! They didn't even check them!! They have that car priced at $29,000 and has bent rims . They talk a lot about quality but in the two cars that I know about on that lot, one was dead and the other is gonna have to have new rims. I let them know about those rims and the lady said "well the customer will surely see they are bent". No you can't!!! That statement comes from a person in the car industry? Beware of this place. I hate to think of the poor person that buys my red 2020 Honda Accord that is on their lot right now that. They are gonna have to spend so much money and this company knows and will still claim they care about their customers and quality. More
Paid down payment to hold car and then two months later when it came. Went to buy car and do trade in. Was not even offered what kelly blue book had my trade in for. Totally low balled.
