I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They worked to make your buying experience a pleasure. On Feb. 8th 2012 I went to Locklear to just browse the lot and see if they had anything I liked that was in my price range. Was looking for a new car. I had a 2004 Dodge Stratus and really nothing wrong lot and see if they had anything I liked that was in my price range. Was looking for a new car. I had a 2004 Dodge Stratus and really nothing wrong with the car, been a great car. I had a tune up over a year ago at Locklear on that car and the Service Dept was excellent. Anyway on this day I met Wayne Keeton and he was so nice and showed me the Chrysler 200. I picked out this very pretty red one and my husband and I and Wayne drove it. And thought that this might be the car for me. Wayne made our buying experience wonderful. He is so helpful and considerate and very knowledgable about the product. We got a rebate on the new car, excellent trade in on the old one and paperwork signed and out the door but not before Wayne sat in the new car with me and explained all kinds of things to me about the car. I have nothing but good to say about this dealership, sales dept, service dept, finance dept. And especially my friend Wayne Keeton. More
I visited Locklear Kia on a Saturday, just wanting to 'look' around, but after meeting the staff and receiving the level of customer service I received, I ended up buying an Optima from them that day! Wayne was very informative about the vehicle, all the specifications, the warranty; every question I had, he had the answer. That is very important when making such a large purchase...you want to know as much as possible before making a decision! The service I received was second to none, not only from the salesmen helping me, but every other employee I encountered; even the gentleman who cleaned my car up before I drove off the lot with it was nice and courteous. I left feeling like I had received a more than fair deal on my new Kia, which did not leave me feeling any regrets, and that was a good feeling! Wayne was very nice and very personable, we talked about our families while waiting on an appraisal for my trade in, and really got to like him as a person, not just a salesperson. I was very pleased with the overall experience, which was a welcome surprise. The last time I purchased a vehicle I was frustrated, and very annoyed by all the dealerships I visited...if only I'd have known about the folks down at Locklear Kia then! Y'all have been the most friendly && working dealership. Y'all were willing to work with me and my mom about signing the papers and getting my sunroof. Love our kia optima. Locklear was great! Anthony Dipastena was very efficient and went over everything with us. All parts of the initial sale were good. Salesman was very good. There has, to date, been no follow up regarding the vehicle purchased. Several phone calls placed to the service manager went unreturned very good. There has, to date, been no follow up regarding the vehicle purchased. Several phone calls placed to the service manager went unreturned regarding questions about acquiring owners manuals. Messages were left on his voicemail and also with receptionist. I have also requested a dealer number for request for gasoline card promised at purchase. To date this has not been received from Sales Manager. More
