My review is based on the friendliness and cooperation the dealership gave me at the time of shopping and purchase. Mark and Allen worked with me to find the 2013 model I was looking for with requested options. Once found and delivered to dealership, they inpected and found 2 issues that were corrected before I took p was looking for with requested options. Once found and delivered to dealership, they inpected and found 2 issues that were corrected before I took possession. While took longer than I would have liked, they insisted on making it right before I picked it up, which is ultimately how they should have handled it. Overall, it was a great experience dealing with Locklear. More

We were looking for a jeep to replace ours that had been totaled out. I spoke with Mark and Tiffany over the phone about one on Locklear's lot and made an appointment to drive over on the weekend (3 hour d totaled out. I spoke with Mark and Tiffany over the phone about one on Locklear's lot and made an appointment to drive over on the weekend (3 hour drive/ 6 hour roundtrip). Once we got there, we were introducted to Rob Robinson as our point of contact. Rob is the nicest person you could ever meet! He took us under his arm and showed, test drove and worked up the deal for us in no time. Fred walked us thru the financing and we were set to leave the lot in our new JEEP within hours of getting there. We were home before dark! This is the fastest, easiest and friendliest car dealership that I have ever dealt with - and I have dealt with many! My hat goes off for the wonderful team at Locklear. Especially Rob Robinson for making our purchase a fun and enjoyable experience. My kids are still talking about Rob and what a great guy he is! You could not ask for a better salesman! Well, I'm the most excited woman on the planet Earth!! I found the car I've been wanting and Wayne at Locklear Dealership had it. He was so very kind and sent me a video and reassured me about my Earth!! I found the car I've been wanting and Wayne at Locklear Dealership had it. He was so very kind and sent me a video and reassured me about my purchase online. He even brought the car to me and picked up my trade in , now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found the car on TrueCar.com and was the only one available in the U.S. ,and I bought it!!! I'm so LUCKY and so HAPPY. Thanks for all you've done Wayne, I LOVE MY 2012 LIMITED EDITION SCION XB, HOT LAVA!! I call it my Lil' Spaceship!! I Luv the Orange stitching inside and the Pioneer HD stero!! Also the Blue Tooth!! I was originally visiting the dealer for a part needed for a vehicle that I already own when I was approached by Sales Consultant John Martin. He asked me what he could help me with and at first I was a b for a vehicle that I already own when I was approached by Sales Consultant John Martin. He asked me what he could help me with and at first I was a bit hesitant. He sensed that was the case so he began to show me a few vehicles. Then he asked me what I really was interested in and I told him. He pulled me aside and we talked and discussed everything that a hesitant buyer and Sales Consultant should discuss, everything from past and present finances to car quality and expenses. Before I knew it I was driving off the car lot with a smile on my face and a great vehicle. The experience was really great. He was a very kind, patient and determined salesman and overall made me feel like the choice I made was the best one. Not to mention he got me the vehicle WITHOUT a down payment! A win, win situation indeed. I'd definitely refer friends, family and strangers to you're dealership. Thank you for everything! More

I'd been searching for a 2011 Army Green FJ Cruiser for a few months now. I found one that I could actually afford at Locklear via AutoTrader. I drove up to Tuscaloosa from Montgomery to check out the for a few months now. I found one that I could actually afford at Locklear via AutoTrader. I drove up to Tuscaloosa from Montgomery to check out the car on a Friday morning. A very nice gentleman greeted me at the door and instantly offered assistance. He asked how I'd found the dealership and what car I wanted to see. As I previously stated, I found the car on AutoTrader.com and noticed it was from the dealership a good friend of mine had gotten her 2013 Jeep Wrangler. After talking with her, she suggested I go and try to talk with Wayne. The salesman politely turned me over to Wayne and didn't try to step on his toes and swoop in the make a sale. They are very serious about their reputation and customers. If a "bond" is already established they tend to keep it that way. I got a pretty nice trade in value and a GREAT FJ Cruiser. This car is beautiful. Wayne, Fred and Harry all worked hard to get me down to a payment I could manage. This is my dream car and I couldn't be happier. The only complaint I would have is my car wasn't fully detailed. Granted it was used but I think the guys just rinsed off the car but forgot to look inside. :) It wasn't a huge problem because I detailed the car FULLY myself the next day. But it would have been nice if they'd take a little time to check out the inside. Mostly the floor lol. :) More

He DIDN'T care about what we wanted, he ONLY cared about setting up a finance plan, a Journey. Casey was the RUDEST salesperson that I have ever met!
