Wayne was very knowledgable, personable and put no pressure on us what so ever. I've always been a little intimidated with the thought of buying a car since this was my first vehicle purchase. He was very patient with us and enjoyable to work with. When it came time to doing all the paperwork is when we met Fred who was also very friendly and helpful.
