Went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. I was having an issue with the tires on my new truck. I contacted Barry, the service manager, about the issue. Even though the issue was with the tire I was having an issue with the tires on my new truck. I contacted Barry, the service manager, about the issue. Even though the issue was with the tires and not Locklears, He put in a lot of time working the phones to make sure that my issue was resolved. This is an example of what a good service department will do to help out their customers. A+ More
My college son had bought a part for his vehicle August 5, 2013, went by March 18, 2014 cause of it was doing the same thing as before. I called and was tolded that it has a year warranty on the part but 5, 2013, went by March 18, 2014 cause of it was doing the same thing as before. I called and was tolded that it has a year warranty on the part but they have change their computers. When he went by, he was told that they had changed computers and there was no warranty and the part went up $20.. Bad business, my son said guy only talked about the no warranty and the computer. Before I research and found out about the Chrysler Corporation who handles this dealership, I am reporting them to the BBA. I own a Chevrolet and they have from 3 years of everything and beyond even when they change computers and also the Auto parts dealerships (AutoZone, Advance Auto, etc). Also as I was searching in reviews, there are reviews that are filtered that we will not see and they are bad for the Service and Parts Department. The dealership for sales is good. From experience mark your tires when taken your car in for a tire rotation with a oil change to the service department and there is more. This is bad business and wouldn't have made my son go buy the part if I read the reviews. More
