She knew she'd looked at Jeeps for sale for over 6 months in the Dallas, TX area and knew she dreamed of owning one, but didn't think she could. Matt was so laid back, he put us immediately at ease. We sensed he was a sincere person right away. My daughter, after a long exhausting day, decided on a used 2014 Jeep Compass. However, once we got the car to the hotel, she realized she'd settled. She really, really wanted the brand new red 2014 Jeep Compass. Matt and the Sales Manager had tried to tell her that she'd likely be happier with the new vehicle, but she was afraid to buy it. Trying to teach her the importance of being satisfied with such a major purchase, I mustered up her and my energy to go tell Matt the truth the next morning. My daughter was so stressed, she was almost in tears. We couldn't believe how nice everyone was about our predicament. They obliged us completely, and allowed us to redo the deal and get the car of her dreams. It was a great learning experience for her, and it was a great experience for me, a seasoned car buyer, to see how it's really supposed to be done. Everyone there, from the salesmen to the Finance Manager, Fred, were so nice to us and made us feel they really appreciated our business. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm just sorry it's 500 miles away from where we live! More

The whole environment of the dealership is down to earth and relaxed, I never felt pressured from any of the team members. Since I bought my jeep, the dealership (specifically, Matt Bandy - again showing his dedication to the care of the customer) has followed up with me to make sure I'm 100% satisfied with my decision. I couldn't have asked for more consideration and respect than I was given from Matt and the rest of the team. Thanks again, Locklear!! More
Misleading Bought 2014 Chrysler 200 on Saturday, 5/17/2014. Locklear's website advertised a SIRIUS XM radio on this car, but there was no SIRIUS XM radio. Befo Bought 2014 Chrysler 200 on Saturday, 5/17/2014. Locklear's website advertised a SIRIUS XM radio on this car, but there was no SIRIUS XM radio. Before we bought the car, Mark Dillon said this was Chrysler's problem and he would call Chrysler on Monday. We have been in contact with Chrysler numerous times. Chrysler has said that no one from Locklear has contacted them about the radio. Chrysler has tried to call Harry Matos and according to Chrysler; he will not take their calls nor return their calls. No one from Locklear had contacted us to resolve this matter. This is the second vehicle we bought from Locklear within a year, but will not recommend this dealership anymore. More

Great place for first-time college student buyers!!!! I am a college student, just graduated and will start graduate school this summer. Being young and a full-time student, I do not have full-time income I am a college student, just graduated and will start graduate school this summer. Being young and a full-time student, I do not have full-time income or credit history. I have always had difficulty purchasing vehicles and, for this reason, I was sure I would walk off the lot with a big fat NO from all lenders. To my surprise, I came home with a brand new car, received financing through a reputable lender, and have monthly payments that are well within my budget! The staff at Locklear was so helpful and encouraging. They were very understanding of my situation and were wiling to work with my situation to get me in a reliable vehicle. If you are a student, work part time, and/or just don't have a credit score that is up to par to purchase a car, go see Allen and Mark at Locklear. They will hook you up! (Just FYI, I did have a sizable down payment when purchasing my vehicle. If you can, save up some money to put down when you apply for a car loan.) More
