Came for my 5000 mile service just oil change and tire rotation, my appointment was at 9am and it’s been over a hour and they are still not through with my truck, why have appointment times if they are no rotation, my appointment was at 9am and it’s been over a hour and they are still not through with my truck, why have appointment times if they are not gonna be ready to honor or respect my time that I have planned, I would have honestly went to quick oil change and paid for it myself, my family time is important to me, but not to Tuscaloosa Chevrolet, if you are going to make appointment time please respect your customers personal time More

I have been using Tuscaloosa Chevrolet for nearly 20 years now. Their service department is great and doesn’t try to sell you extra things you don’t need.
