garbage Bought a new 2013 Ford Focus from Beford Ford of South Point, long story short started hearing and feeling a considerable vibration in the front end o Bought a new 2013 Ford Focus from Beford Ford of South Point, long story short started hearing and feeling a considerable vibration in the front end of the vehicle. Took it to Beford for them to look at it, and was told there's nothing wrong with it. So finally last week took it to Turnpike, and found out that I have major cupping on the front tires, and would need at minimum 2 tires and an alignment on the vehicle. This after I was led to believe by another dealer there's nothing wrong with my vehicle. Filed a complaint with Ford because I felt the vehicle had been misdiagnosed because clearly this issue is what I was complaining about. Was told by Denise that I would be hearing back from them before the day was out. That never happened, I had to call back the following day, sit on hold for 5 mins, only to have a ride gentleman tell me that they and Ford could do nothing for me... First Ford bought, and it will be the last... Ford and their dealerships are as crooked as the day is long. Granted, turnpike did not misdiagnose my car, but they also were unwilling to help clean up another of their owns mistake. Horrible company, equally as bad dealership Turnpike and Glockner now as well. More
