Only Good Things to Say about Kia of Turnersville!! Car shopping has never been my favorite activity! I hate being bombarded by salesmen the minute I step out of my vehicle. My personal preference is to Car shopping has never been my favorite activity! I hate being bombarded by salesmen the minute I step out of my vehicle. My personal preference is to talk with a "more laid-back salesman," and the Turnersville Kia dealership definitely fits the bill! First I contacted their online department, and received several very helpful replies quickly, both by email and phone. We then stopped by the car lot on a Sunday afternoon in order to check out the Kia Souls on our own. I was disappointed that there were no 2019s, because I dislike the new design. (Besides, I had my heart set on the Alien II color, and that's been discontinued. Kia - what were you THINKING?!) My husband, daughter, and I finally went to the dealership on Thursday, 10/10, and walked directly inside because they knew we were coming. We were met at the door by Kyle, and he quickly determined our interests. After checking out a used Soul, the bottom line was that the 2019s were no longer available, but they promised to contact me if they found any. We visited the lot again the following Sunday and saw a used one that we all liked, so we returned on Columbus Day. Kyle once again greeted us at the door, welcoming us back and offering us a seat in the waiting room because he was with another customer. He said he didn't want us to spend a lot of time waiting for him and if it appeared that that would be so, he'd refer us to another salesman. THAT was impressive, because it showed we weren't merely a sales commission! Within two minutes, Brian introduced himself, saying Kyle had asked him to help us. He was honest and forthright in telling us what we could expect in purchasing a used vehicle (but didn't pressure us into getting a new one.) We spent over four hours at the dealership, test driving the Soul I had seen the day before and then negotiating price, interest rates, trade-in, etc. They were more than happy to leave us by ourselves so that we could talk over our options. All in all, our experience was pleasant from the time we made the initial online contact with Iyana all the way through meeting with Megan in the finance department, and we would do it again!! We were so pleased that I could write a lot more (and indeed have deleted a LOT in hopes of not boring anyone reading this!) More
