At first we were just looking to see what was available...Joe gave us the time to look! We then had some questions about the vehicles...Joe knows EVERYTHING about them! We came in with a check from out bank with a great interest rate...Joe beat it and then he got us a great price and a great trade-in! The place is spotless (inside and out)! No loud blaring music, no run around on the pricing, just GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I could go on-and-on about this great experience...I can't wait to come back again! More

Here's somemore adjectives to descrbe them : friendly,courteous,respectful and very,very knowlegeable. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly at the door and then introduced to our salesperson Roe Dilullo. What a special lady she is ! We were interested in a Sorento AND she was interested in us,our preferences in colors and equipment.She took her time with us ,answerering ALL our questions and explaining all the options and accessories.She supplied us with a credit application and upon it's completion handed it to Nicole Burgo, the finance manager who worked her tail off to get us the best financing available. Nicole too was friendly and courteous. We then met with the General Manager,Mike Burgo who spent alot of time explaining our options. Now this guy is one xxxx of a gentleman. Soft spoken,courteous and caring...just like talking to a family member. Purchasing a car is easy when there is trust and there certainly was ! When we needed to synch our cell phone, Joe and Samantha sat with us until it was completed.We are very happy with our purchase.....Buy at Turnersville Kia,ask for Roe......you will be VERY happy too ! Joe was so patient as I changed between a Sportage and Sorrento. He located the exact one I thought I wanted and was accommodating when I pick the one on the lot, and gave me the best price. Wait time? who cares they make it fly by with their friendly staff. They are under construction but its only to make your service visit that much nicer, again who cares? Well you shouldn't and you SHOULD ask for Joe if buying a Kia at anytime. Great guy!!! More

Kia of Cherry Hill, NJ was horrible and I walked out thinking they were trying to bait and switch me to another higher priced vehicle. I told Kia of Turnersville that I wanted a base KIA with automatic and they had 3 available at an extremely reasonable price and I jumped on it. Can't say the same for Cherry Hill Kia. More
Bought a brand new kia sorrento. has 1000 miles on it. i have to take public transportation and get rides because eveytime i need gas the service manager told me to call the 800 number. I told him I should not have to pay 500 a month for a car I cannot use. hE TOLD ME i DON'T CARE IF YOU PAY FOR IT OR NOT. That doesn't effect us. This is the treatment you will get after the fact. Prior to this I purchased 14 new cars and never had a bad experience t like this. GO TO BURNS More
Hi, me and my spouse, were looking to get out of our gas guzzler, that we got from another place, and I wasnt sure, which place was suitable for our needs,but then we ran into Mike Seidenberg, and he was so guzzler, that we got from another place, and I wasnt sure, which place was suitable for our needs,but then we ran into Mike Seidenberg, and he was so helpful, he treated us very very good, and we will always, for now on , only buy our new Kia's here.I work in the business industry, where there are alot of mom's who are lucky for a very nice dependaple Kia, like those very nice Sodana's that will be our familys's other vehicle soon. Not only is it top rated, but its very kid friendly. I have only had my vehicle a few months, but I really enjoy, the ride, and it drives really nicely, and the color, RED, that it is, really shows off the body of this , nice, vehicle, boy that Mike really knows what he is talking about. I also like that when you go into a dealership, you dont feel hounded, or pushed, or pressured into anything, and he was very kind and nice and said we could take as long as we wanted to, no pressure, and no worries.. I will for now on, like I stated, tell everyone I know about the most pleasant, journey that we have had coming in contact with him, and my little girl says thank you for the popcorn, and the cookies there, at Turnersville Kia, she said she is going to tell all her friends moms and dads... thanks guys for a really great experience, and please thank MR. Rob was great to work with. He did not give me that high pressure sales pitch that you find at a lot of dealerships. He was patient with me, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to get me a good d pressure sales pitch that you find at a lot of dealerships. I was extremely satisfied with the deal I got there and would highly recommend this dealership and also ask for Rob Cline. I love my new 2014 Kia Sorento! More

I was recommended by a friend to see Mike although I did not purchase anything. He was very helpful and informative. We all know how stressful it can be shopping for a vehicle but the experience was nothing not purchase anything. He was very helpful and informative.
