Go see Justin! I walked into the dealership last week not expecting to leave with a new car, but I did. And the reason I did was because Justin spent hours with me t I walked into the dealership last week not expecting to leave with a new car, but I did. And the reason I did was because Justin spent hours with me test driving every car I was interested in, answering my questions honestly, and helping me make a smart decision. I never felt rushed or pressured and both Justin and Mike stayed until after they were closed to help me take my car home that day. I have never received the level of service that I did that day. do not honor their promises. I bought a 2014 kia optima new. They told me at the time if I ever referred anyone to their dealership they would send me 100.00. two weeks ago I refe I bought a 2014 kia optima new. They told me at the time if I ever referred anyone to their dealership they would send me 100.00. two weeks ago I referred my cousin and his daughter to the dealership they bought a new kia mentioned my name but could not remember my married last name. I immediately called the dealership spoke to mike g who stated he would get back to me. I didnot hear back so I called him. He stated he could not give me the incentive and denies my cousin told him about me. Needless to say I will not ever refer anyone to them. So be aware they will not honor their promises to their customers. Wow losing customers over one hundred dollars is such bad business practice. They aren't interested in customer retention or customer satisfaction at all. Such a shame. More

Very friendly and personal! We had a great sales person named Justin who took care of us and was really friendly. When we came in we told him what we had in mind and we test drove 2 vehicles and wasn't pressured to buy. They did what they could and made sure we got what we wanted. Everyone was nice.
