Just recently, I came to the show floor looking to purchase a 2018 Kia Sorento on Black Friday. I came in with a predetermined monthly payment and package I wanted. My salesman, Scott "E" put things plain and simple to me; a straight-shooter and honest. Then I spoke to Ryan, one of the sales managers at Kia who told me the payment and package I was looking for was possible in my budget. We negotiated the price and though I was spectacle, he delivered what was promised. Moreover, Michael the manager was instrumental and the deciding factor for my accepting the offer. Michael has a thankless job telling his customers the things that need to be said before accepting the offer. His truthfulness is what won me over. He laid the foundation for my decision. Furthermore, Gregg in service is top notch. All four team members, Scott, Ryan, Gregg, and Michael are to be commended. More

Best New Car Purchase Experience I looked at the Turnersville Kia website and looked at the personnel and made an appointment with Jim Pisarcik. I financed a Kia Sorento with a trade I looked at the Turnersville Kia website and looked at the personnel and made an appointment with Jim Pisarcik. I financed a Kia Sorento with a trade in of my old car. This was the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Jim was very knowledgeable regarding the specs and features of the Sorento. He thoroughly explained various purchase options, which I appreciated very much. When I left, I felt I was confident I made a good purchase and received good value for my money. I had to travel a bit to get there but IMHO it was well worth the trip. More

Excellent All Around Went to look at cars, left in a new car just a few hours later. We have a new baby so my optima isn't cutting it anymore! Zoned in on two different Sorentos. Jim P had us test driving them in minutes. Pulled up every piece of info he could find on each car to help make our decision. He along w management team took my dollar amount I was willing to spend and came back w a number I was happy with. Within the hour, all paperwork was done, money was spent and I was getting a picture with my new car. Jim was very personable and listened to our wants and needs. And was beyond okay w me preferring the cheaper car. Many salesman are not okay with that, Jim just wanted me to leave in my dream car... And I did! (And it wasn't even the cheaper of the two) Finance dept moved quickly, had everything waiting for us and gentleman who helped us there, was great as well. More
