I stupidly trusted she was doing right by me, especially with her 10 years of Navy service, and honestly she went so fast with all of the paperwork I don’t know what I did or did not sign. When car engine seized, Vince Melfi was very nice on phone and told me to have the car towed to the dealership so they can see what they can do for me. After car was there it was a different story. No return calls and the new engine will be $6500. After car was towed to turnersville KIa, I went into the dealership to check on this. Both Ed and Megan looked the other way. I was extremely uncomfortable the way everyone was acting. Justin told me my engine was in, that there was no cost and my rental car would me ready on Monday. When Monday came, Mike from service told me that was for another customer. I have a long list of phone logs to the dealership. This entire experience At Turnersville Kia has me extremely upset. I have never seen a copy pass the buck more, through each other under the bridge and simply have no teamwork. The runaround has had me so upset as well. More
