I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and my expectations were over met. Shy was knowledgeable and professional but personable. He had some Eagles and Sixers stuff up and during the downtime we chatted about sports. His managers Vince and Mike G. were helpful straight shooters and made the process seamless.
