Felt taken advantage of I was told over the phone the price would be $40 if they had a wheel lock key that fit or $100 if they had to cut them off. When they gave me the bill I was told over the phone the price would be $40 if they had a wheel lock key that fit or $100 if they had to cut them off. When they gave me the bill it was $150 , when i asked how did it jump from $100 to $150 they said we forgot to tell you that does not include the $50 for replacement lug nuts. “Oh i forgot” was a $50 mistake they made and cost me! Next time the price quoted is the price i am paying not a dime more. More

She let me know that my oil change would take about an hour and pointed me to the waiting area. It actually took just under an hour and I was on my way.
