Rude service advisors I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie sport into the dealership for the blind spot sensor that went bad while towing my travel trailer. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning for them to tell me that they had to order the part. So I went back the following Saturday to have the part installed and dropped it off once again. I asked the two service advisors working that day if Ram would be able to give me a free oil change for my inconvenience. Gas for two vehicles to drive up, mileage on my two vehicles, and my time is more than any oil change that would cost the dealership barley nothing to do. The two service advisors smiled at me and said, “No, a free oil change is not going to happen!”. They said how was it their fault that my Blind spot sensor went bad? Really? How is it my fault that the blind spot sensor went bad on a 2019 truck with less then 10,000 miles that was $62,000.00. I guess it was impossible to make that request happen for good customer service. But instead they made me feel stupid for even requesting that. The service advisor was supposed to give me the customer service number to Ram and totally dismissed it. It’s a shame Acura doesn’t make pick-up trucks because I get a rental when I need service on my 2019 Acura MDX. Anyway, I lease my vehicles and in two years I will go with the competition that gives me the best customer service. More

Rude, very unwilling to fix the issue with my car. My car was towed in. Fixed without calling me to get consent. Then tried charging me for a repair that was under warranty. When I brought the car in they had it for 2 days to tell me that there wasn’t anything wrong with the car. One week later I took it to another dealer for them to fix the exact issue that they said they fixed the first time. I traded it in because I never wanted to have to deal with turnersville Jeep ever again. More

Service I got destroyed on labor. $990. I looked up the procedure and it was not invasive. When I brought the truck home it was dirty and the radiator cap was I got destroyed on labor. $990. Car stalling Car was stalling had it repaired got it back Saturday it stalled again on Monday.
