Extremely Frustrated I am extremely irritated at this point. I called to request an appointment at Jeep for extreme shaking when I hit a bump on the highway. They told m I am extremely irritated at this point. I called to request an appointment at Jeep for extreme shaking when I hit a bump on the highway. They told me that I have a recall on my 8 month old Jeep for it's steering. They explained that this should fix the issue. It did not. I brought it back yesterday to be looked at and they did a wheel balance. They also charged me $117.23 since they explained that this was not covered through the warranty. Driving my vehicle today, the "fix" they put in place did not work. Not to mention that they kept my car ALL day on Saturday and yesterday. This is utterly ridiculous and I would like my money back and my Jeep to be fixed. More

Rude service advisors I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie sport into the dealership for the blind spot sensor that went bad while towing my travel trailer. I dropped it off I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie sport into the dealership for the blind spot sensor that went bad while towing my travel trailer. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning for them to tell me that they had to order the part. So I went back the following Saturday to have the part installed and dropped it off once again. I asked the two service advisors working that day if Ram would be able to give me a free oil change for my inconvenience. Gas for two vehicles to drive up, mileage on my two vehicles, and my time is more than any oil change that would cost the dealership barley nothing to do. The two service advisors smiled at me and said, “No, a free oil change is not going to happen!”. They said how was it their fault that my Blind spot sensor went bad? Really? How is it my fault that the blind spot sensor went bad on a 2019 truck with less then 10,000 miles that was $62,000.00. I guess it was impossible to make that request happen for good customer service. But instead they made me feel stupid for even requesting that. The service advisor was supposed to give me the customer service number to Ram and totally dismissed it. It’s a shame Acura doesn’t make pick-up trucks because I get a rental when I need service on my 2019 Acura MDX. Anyway, I lease my vehicles and in two years I will go with the competition that gives me the best customer service. More
