Great Service It was very easy to make an appointment for service. When I got there, I was promptly greeted. The check-in process was easy and efficient. I settl It was very easy to make an appointment for service. When I got there, I was promptly greeted. The check-in process was easy and efficient. I settled into the a comfy seat in the waiting room and was expecting to be there for 2 or more hours since it seemed like a busy morning. I only waited an hour and a half which was great. Check out was just as easy as check in and I was on my way. Thanks for a great Service experience. More

Overpriced Oil Change While the people I dealt with were nice, $111 for an oil change and tire rotation on a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee seems extremely overpriced. While the people I dealt with were nice, $111 for an oil change and tire rotation on a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee seems extremely overpriced. I guess I should have asked the price before the service began and was quite shocked when given the bill at the cashier. Needless to say I will be pricing out other dealerships in the area and will not be back to this service center. More
