Called a few days ago to make a service appointment and let me just say the woman who answers the phone needs a lesson in customer service. Her name was Christina and she was absolutely horrible. I said I’ve called several times to make an appointment and the phone just keeps ringing and she said that’s not her problem. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I said well you shouldn’t talk to customers like that. She said ma’am I don’t get paid enough to treat you right. I said Wow. Please let me speak to the owner. She said he’s offsite at his other dealer in Cherry Hill. Let me say this. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT DEALER AGAIN!! I will tell everyone I know not to come there. I am township worker and this was plain deplorable!! She should be fired!! Please don’t email or call me!! More
Had a module replaced and my key reprogrammed to it. Well AFTER the reprogram, my key acted up. To which I was told by the mechanics that I can purchase a new key for $160 PLUS a reprogramming fee. I strongly declined and mentioned that it's not my responsibility to pay for an error keep made. I mentioned I can bring my father back and they can explain that to him. They told me they would replace the battery and see if that helps. It did help temporarily. My key is still giving me problems. They tried to blame my key and say it's an old key and it's possible that after the upgrade with the programming, it kicked my key off the program. I was NEVER told that was a possiblity. Everyone says dealerships are a rip off. I will listen from now on! I'll never have work done here again. I will tell me other fellow jeep riders about this experience. I am not one to complain but this was totally unacceptable More

The place is busy and yet they still managed to treat everyone has if they are the only customer. Mike is a tech who came out and made sure I understood what work was done and I approved. The worst service!!!! Had a sensor replaced and a recall but come to find out they never performed the recall because you didn’t have the part. Don’t you think when I scheduled my appointment a week in adva but come to find out they never performed the recall because you didn’t have the part. Don’t you think when I scheduled my appointment a week in advance and told them what the recall was they would have made sure the part would be in stock. Josh In your service department said he would call me when the part came in. It has been 2 weeks now and I haven’t received a call from Josh to schedule an appointment. I guess I don’t matter.
