Never be back. A hose clamp was loose on an egr valve that was previously removed by this dealership for a job several months ago, and I was accused of tampering with it. There is no reason any owner wou that was previously removed by this dealership for a job several months ago, and I was accused of tampering with it. There is no reason any owner would ever disassemble the entire top of an engine to access an egr valve. I've owned 58 vehicles in my life, and have never been treated this way. Jeep cares is reimbursing me, but thet is no excuse for this dealership, and something should become of it with the dealership itself. You cannot treat people who are under warranty this way. I was initially told they would cover the part, and I'd be responsible for over, 400 in labor. Once I started my case with Jeep cares, the labor cost went down to the low 200s on the estimate. Like I said, I have bought from this dealership before a few times, and will never set foot in there again. The way my case was handled Cas horrible. Jeel should have worked this out with the dealer rather than me going out of pocket and waiting for a reimbursement. More
