This dealer its not honest they dont keep promise and always give you hard time for no reason. I try to work with them they just try to sell and rip you off all promises they make do t keep them even if always give you hard time for no reason. Service center didn’t call me when my vehicle was done. After I called and found out it had actually been done, despite me waiting for it, I requested a shuttle ride back to the dealership and was told 10- After I called and found out it had actually been done, despite me waiting for it, I requested a shuttle ride back to the dealership and was told 10-15 minutes. The driver arrived over an hour later... my issue is that the dealership has absolutely zero regard for your time. Unacceptable in my book. More

Sign on the door states that a mask is to be worn in doors. I went for an oil change and many workers without mask, or mask pulled under their nose/chin. Both service and main sales area for cars. Custo doors. I went for an oil change and many workers without mask, or mask pulled under their nose/chin. Both service and main sales area for cars. Customers in the waiting area without mask and coughing and sniffling. Nothing was being enforced. I felt unsafe being inside this dealership at this time. Had to walk outside and wait in the heat. As for the actual work performed, oil change was to my satisfaction. More
