Turnersville Jeep's diagnosis was that they could not find anything wrong that Mr. Tire did. I paid a service charge for the Service Dept to investigate the problem (approx. $75.00). The Service Dept. told me to bring it back if I had any more problems. About a month and half after that, the same thing was happening. I took it back to Turnersville Jeep. They evaluated it and said that it was the back brakes causing the front brakes to not perform properly. They replaced the calipers, rotators, hoses, pads, etc. and I was charged $1567.00. Approximately, one month later, the same thing was happening and the Service Dept. evaluated the brakes again and said that the front brake calipers, rotors, pads hoses needed to be replaced. I was charged $1423.00!!! They said they gave me a couple hundred dollar discount. Needless to say, I questioned the cost and asked why they first evaluated the front brakes as not requiring any work to be done and a little while later now finding over $1400.00 worth of work that needed to be done to fix the problem!!!!! No real diagnosis and just replacement of expensive parts and additional costly labor. Obviously, I am frustrated with spending about $3000.00 on brakes within a few months timeframe. I also, within that timeframe, spent about $1100.00 for brake work on my Dodge Durango!!!! Therefore, as you can see, I spent over $4000.00 as a loyal customer at Turnersville Jeep within the last few months and all I could get was a few hundred dollar discount and no real diagnosis of the problem!!!!This is ridiculous!!!! No one coordinated the history of the previous work that was performed relative to the problem. I was even told that an inexperienced tech evaluated the problem the first time and didn’t see any issues ( his words on receipt: “performed brake inspection r+ r caliper and inspected operation found to be operating as designed). I will definitely not go back!!!! Very Dissatisfied customer!!!! More

First experience with this shop. Found it due to leaving a different jeep dealership shop for poor interaction, communication, and customer service. At first take, this has been night and day from previous a different jeep dealership shop for poor interaction, communication, and customer service. At first take, this has been night and day from previous shop. They actually called me to communicate and update, I didn't have to call them. Armond was polite and professional. All went well. This was a straight forward appointment, so I'm happy. Hopeful that if there were issues with the service or a miscommunication, it would be similar. Maybe its just the past experience that has me on guard in fairness. Time will tell, but for now I have a new shop! More
