My 2013 Ram (24,330 miles) was towed to Turnersville Dodge, because the steering rack stopped working on 11/17/20. Service was poor in response in communicating with me They called me that day; saying t Dodge, because the steering rack stopped working on 11/17/20. Service was poor in response in communicating with me They called me that day; saying that my truck would be ready later that day, or in the morning. The same response was given 11/18, 19. Finally, on 11/20, I was told it was ready. I was never given an explanation of the failure, nor frequency - I was only told to go pay the cashier, never said where my truck was. After 47 years of owning primarily Dodges (less 1 Plymouth & 2 Chryslers), I no longer own any of their products. More
