Unprofessional and didn’t follow up in a timely manner on a $$$ service. I was told that I should’ve called to order my part before scheduling my appointment. Things got better with updates once management got involved after I contacted them but I had to call for updates prior. I was told my number was missing and the service agent had to rummage through my personal paperwork in my glove compartment to look for my phone number. More

Second time I've had the car in for this problem. The problem wasn't fixed and will have to go back. Just a terrible overall experience with the service team at this dealership. My vehicle has now been there 4 times for the same noise that still is not resolved. They threw 3 parts on it and that didn't w at this dealership. My vehicle has now been there 4 times for the same noise that still is not resolved. They threw 3 parts on it and that didn't work. This time I went to pick it up as I needed it while they wait for direction from Chrysler on a fix. When I get there I notice a large bolt in my tire that they said no problem they would take care of it. This happened while the vehicle was in their care. They blamed me for it even though they had the vehicle for 2 days at that point. They said it was impossible for them to run it over even though the vehicle was moved in and out of the garage to the back lot. They first said they wouldn't pay for the tire then said they would cover half. Then they had the nerve today to say my mechanic heard a funny noise while driving the car and noticed a bolt in the tire. Now they play dumb like they just found it even though I have a text message before this saying they would only pay half. Poor customer service and not a single call to keep me updated. I have to call asking for an update. I get a text at 5:45pm which is after service closes basically saying to pick up my car tonight or tomorrow. That was it. No courtesy calls. Just a rude text message. No update on the noise, they haven't heard from Chrysler yet or whether the tire was replaced. I call and the operator says your total is $271 so now they are trying to pass the full cost of the tire to me. Unacceptable that I should pay for their mistake. I will never step another foot into that dealership other than to pick up my car tomorrow. I would rather take it elsewhere and start over to get this noise issue fixed. It's pathetic how they treat people. More

Service was ok. The part was installed correctly. Didn't do five stars because 1.) the first time I was there (8 a.m.), I waited 90 minutes after my appointment time only to be told they didn't have the par do five stars because 1.) the first time I was there (8 a.m.), I waited 90 minutes after my appointment time only to be told they didn't have the part, and 2.) on my second visit to actually get the repair done, there was some leftover PPE left in my car from the repair. Looked like plastic bags and shoe covers or a shower cap? Can't rate as excellent when that happens. Sorry! More
Rachel was very personable and not pushy when it came to the regular maintenance schedule. She suggested one thing I should get done but didn’t push for it. Had a recall on my 2017 Jeep Renegade. They fixed it quickly within a half hour. The staff was very courteous and attentive in the service department. I did not speak with any sales people. This made me quickly within a half hour. The staff was very courteous and attentive in the service department. I did not speak with any sales people. This made me include a rating on a sales person, but I never spoke with one. You should have Service adept personnel in your list of people. More
