I am in between on recommending this service center. When I dropped off my truck, I showed the rep a coupon for 10% off service, and it was noted on the slip. Brought my vehicle in at the time and date scheduled to have my oil changed. I was told on the phone and when I arrived that I would take 45 minutes so I waited. After an hour and 15 min I went up to the desk to ask how much longer and was quickly told they were still working on it. I saw my vehicle parked in the shop under the tire rotation area (which I did not have done) and a minute later saw my car moved then was told it was ready. Took another 10 minutes for the gentleman to “finish my paperwork”. More

An oil change took two hours (I waited) and waited until afterwards to notify me that my “oil change plan” expired- I would have went to Valvoline for a fraction of the wait time and paid less overall. I would have thought a lease would have an oil change per year for the duration of lease or at least be provided the courtesy beforehand. I would have never waited 2 hours when initially being told 1 hour, maybe 1.5 nor stayed period regardless of the wait time if this oil change wasn’t covered. Additionally, you would think a dealership wouldn’t want people crammed together for such a long duration when we’re in the middle of a pandemic. More
