We were told our wipers were all ripped and after checking them and none of them were ripped. We were told that our air filter needed to be changed which was comical because I changed it myself just checking them and none of them were ripped. Finally the notion that you can Simply rotate tires without balancing them as I was done to our vehicle is absurd overall this experience was terrible and has put us in the market for a different vehicle one that is not associated with Dodge nor Dodge’s poor service.
