I'm contacting the NBC 10 consumer report department on this location. They way the service department treats customers is outrageous and unacceptable. I just received a call from their mechanic, Mike, and he told me that he won't be working on my vehicle that I've brought back for the 3rd time, for the same issue. All because I showed frustration and asked for my original parts to be put back in when Mike (their mechanic) was trying to force (word play) me into paying for the servicing of my breaks. A service that I was asked to wait until the mechanic "got in there to figure out what's going on," and I would be given a quote for the break service. But over an hour later, I was called in to pay a fee. On the phone just now, though. Mike told me that he told me this, that, at the time of the break issue, he told me that he wouldn't be working on my vehicle anymore. While I had my vehicle towed to their location yesterday, I work tomorrow, and they don't provide loaners. If this was a known fact, I wouldn't have wasted my time having my vehicle towed to this location. So now I have to risk and drive to another location, or have it towed again. Outrageous. More

Beware of their service department. Vehicle under warranty and they hate warranty work. Second issue is they cant find trained and energetic mechanics. It was rebuilt and three weeks later it went again. They made the mechanic drive with me to show him the issue. He almost fell asleep in my car. Think he smoked to much the night before or that morning. The second time was for an engine issue. I got my car back in worse shape than when I took it in. Took them two months to get parts and fix. When they returned the vehicle I had parts like the grill not properly installed and loose, broken ground strap, Engine bolts left loose and not tightened, and the list goes on. The service manager was so mad that I was telling his mechanic what he did wrong that he cut me off. Very bad attitude for a service manager. Will never return and I highly recommend another dealer or even better a local shop if it is not warranty work. More
Very disappointed in the quality of the service department. I put my vehicle in for my air condition shutting on and off. When I went to pick up the vehicle while still in the parking lot the air was still not working correctly so I went back in to advise service. The tech was unable to determine what it could be that is causing this so a star claim was opened since he was unsure of what to do next. After 2-3 weeks of checking status on this claim I was then asked to bring the vehicle back in so they can take another look. I then was told it would be another $2500 repair, not willing to acknowledge the fact I already paid $1030 for essentially nothing since I was handed back the car that day with a air condition still not working correctly. I am picking my vehicle up to take to a more reputable dealer but still at a $1030 loss with nothing to show from it from this dealership. Very poor way of conducting business! More

They charged me $180 to change my gas cap. Place is a rip off. If I can save one person from going here, that’s enough. After looking at my receipt, I may send something to a news investigation agency for consumer fraud. More
The wrost experience ever, first issue the employees in the service department doesn't greet you..second "Dan" the service rep and whatever mechanic he claimed to work on my vehicle gave a purposeful false the service department doesn't greet you..second "Dan" the service rep and whatever mechanic he claimed to work on my vehicle gave a purposeful false diagnoses which cost me $155, by stating that my vehicle cylinder heads were warped from overheating ..complete BS but attempted to charge me 5k in repairs..their story didn't add up..so i took it to a buddy shop and it was a simple thermostat $40 issue and air within coolant system..I would never return to this dealer, even if they were giving cars away..BEWARE More
