Avoid this dealership at all cost. They will scam you. The internet people will first tell you they have vehicles there when they don’t. This place is a train wreck. I have never had such a hard time returning my lease. No one knew the process so I get annoyed. I’m asking questions that no one can answer. They start to ignore you hiding behind their large center counter. Went to replace the lease and they lied and tried to pull a fast one. If you know simple math and double check numbers they come at you with an attitude. “You don’t know what your talking about.” Your typical sleazy car sales. Double check your contract before you sign. I found a lot of mistakes. Adding things, taking away things. Check YouTube for car dealer sale tricks. They did all of em. I even had the sales manager say to me take it or leave we don’t need your business. Well I left and got something else. You have been warned!!! I will tell everyone not to use them. More
Service department is a total rip off. I went in for an oil change tire rotation and check engine light. My check engine light was for a bad gas cap. $2,000 later they put on my receipt th I went in for an oil change tire rotation and check engine light. My check engine light was for a bad gas cap. $2,000 later they put on my receipt that “customer suggested” a bunch of work, when in actuality they suggested it to me. They charged me $180 to change my gas cap. Place is a rip off. If I can save one person from going here, that’s enough. After looking at my receipt, I may send something to a news investigation agency for consumer fraud. More
The wrost experience ever, first issue the employees in the service department doesn't greet you..second "Dan" the service rep and whatever mechanic he claimed to work on my vehicle gave a purposeful false the service department doesn't greet you..second "Dan" the service rep and whatever mechanic he claimed to work on my vehicle gave a purposeful false diagnoses which cost me $155, by stating that my vehicle cylinder heads were warped from overheating ..complete BS but attempted to charge me 5k in repairs..their story didn't add up..so i took it to a buddy shop and it was a simple thermostat $40 issue and air within coolant system..I would never return to this dealer, even if they were giving cars away..BEWARE More

Presented us with a damaged bumper on our custom ordered vehicle. Didn’t say a word about it until WE discovered it. Took them TWO months to fix the car because they never ordered the parts like they said t vehicle. Didn’t say a word about it until WE discovered it. Took them TWO months to fix the car because they never ordered the parts like they said they would. The car sat for a whole month at their partnered body shop before the parts were ordered! Then they ordered the wrong grill. During this whole process we only found all this out because we had called the body shop because the dealership service department would not return our calls. Finally after 2 whole months we went to pick up our car at the dealership, not only was it presented to us dirty, but it now had scratches on it and paint scuffs. Not a manager in site! Went back a week later and was made to feel like it would be taken care of after speaking with service deptartment worker, Dan, and him promising us a meeting with the general manager. Made us take off work, drive 40 min away only to not have them fix anything, the general manager would not come out to speak with us. No apology or anything. Service dept manager arranging to have it fixed and now we have to take more time off and be inconvenienced AGAIN. It’s the worst service I’ve ever encountered, they really know how to make you feel unimportant. Will never recommend this place to anyone ! More
Was notified a vehicle I was interested in had arrived. Went to the showroom. Matt my internet contact showed me where to check in and I was introduced to Mike. I believe he was one of the managers. Introduced me to Mike Gulig my salesman. We went back to his office went over pricing and finance options. We came to a deal quickly. And the process started. We had the deal done in a few hours and I honestly have to say it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. No smoke or mirrors. Just up front pricing and payments. No BS that you usually deal with. I have to be honest I’ve heard some not so good things about this dealership in the past ( a couple years ago). But I have to tell you If you are looking to purchase a Dodge/Jeep family vehicle try these guys out. They definitely exceeded my expectations and would recommend them highly. Great work Turnersville Jeep. Keep it up. Shout out to Mike Gulig and Matt and Mike. You guys are the best! More
