When I bought it I only received one key because the previous owner didn't have the spare, well they went out of their way to make me a new one and get me the glove box key that I did not have. If you want a dealership where you don't want to be pushed and can take your time to make a decision I would come here! Ronin was my sales rep. and he was very helpful, he is the coolest sales representative I've ever met. When I pay my jeep off and want a newer jeep I'm definitely coming back here!! More

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. The only positive thing I can say is that I like the Jeep Compass and, thanks to Edmunds, was able to purchase the car for a reasonable price. Other than that my experience left little to be desired. Unless I directly asked (several times) I was never given the actual price of the car, interest rate they were charging me or the payoff for my current car I was trading in. I wasn't allowed to leave the first visit after several times of asking for my car keys back - instead they kept coming back with more "deals" that still wasn't anywhere near what we talked about. Then, on my second visit (which I had made an appointment for) after they agreed upon the price that Edmunds was advertising, I was told that car had miraculously been sold (why I wasn't told that initially I'm not sure), but don't worry we have the exact same one, same features, same deal. Turns out there are quite a few features missing. Unless you feel like quadruple checking every single detail because they will try and pull one over on you, I suggest going to another dealership. Doesn't really help that they talk down to you the whole time either and strongly dislike explaining their math. I'm a 24 year old single female. More
