TOO MUCH SHOW - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE First - I'm sure this won't be here for long, so hopefully the people who need to see it get to. After internet/email and phone contact, the dealer knew my husband and I were coming to look at a particular jeep. We got there, he asked for the gentleman he had been in contact with who said hi, handed us off to someone else and disappeared. The used jeep we were there to see was nowhere to be seen. We sat down to talk before we were allowed to see the car and despite me explaining that I come from the dealer industry, the sales man was insistent that I tell him what I want to pay - not playing your games. After 45 minutes of the same song and dance, when we should have walked out, the car was finally available to see. No where on the vehicle was it noted as a factory certified used Jeep - hmmm - what's wrong with this picture? We go on a 15 minute test drive - our car has already been inspected for trade value. After all this one would hope we could talk numbers - no - they hadn't even started the process because I wasn't signing a credit application until I knew the numbers were such that we had the potential to make a deal. Finally - we now have well over an hour invested - a manager appears with some scribble, the vehicle price $2500 more than stated on the web site, and a calculator telling us they can't "run the numbers" without an app to back up the credit score we told them we just got that week during a home refinance. Let's be honest - with the way we had been treated up to that point, the only reason I didn't walk out was my husband really liked the Jeep. Finally, having had enough, with no willingness to work with us we left. Less than an hour later we left Pellegrino with a much nicer, actually inspected used Jeep, no hassle, no questions, when we did fill out the credit application our scores actually came up even higher than what we had told the guys at Turnersville Jeep they were. I was very disappointed - I definitely expected a much better experience with the Auto Mall just up the road. Not at all the way to keep a customer. We will not be back! And I will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen. More

He also helped set up Uconnect while we waited for our car paperwork to print. Overall everything was great. Mario is the most honest and upfront salesperson that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His no nonsense attitude was a breath of fresh air and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I know that I got an amazing deal and Mario made sure that I got the perfect car and didn't settle. Thanks Mario!
