Now I have to start off by blaming myself, after getting into a car accident and my vehicle being totaled, paying the 95$ a day for a rental was becoming a little to much so I rushed to buy a vehicle, now I loved my dodge and the experience I had with the dealerships in California but completely different it seems in the state of NJ. I felt like they took advantage of that fact that I was in an accident, the friendliness and worry they had for me was a little to real to me, but after buying a vehicle and signing paper work, that sincerity when out the window. I have served in the U.S. Military for 15 years honorably and still serve, but to be told that I made no calls to report a problem that I notice the next day after purchase, or to say that you never received a call when you show them them call dates and time is completely unacceptable, and after reaching someone that is not even in my car buying experience and goes out of her way to make an appointment for and when you come in for that appointment to be given another appointment to fix the issue only to be told that the fault is mine (hows that happen) My car buying experience is horrible, I would not recommend buying a used or new vehicle from here. Now I would take my car to get maintenance there, but I live an hour and a half away, but they are friendly and really did try to help me, but lets face it.... this is a business that doesn't care much of its customers buying experience after you purchase a car here. No one is asking you to remember our birthdays or the amount of children we have, but simply caring and seeing that you made a mistake and are willing to see that, but don't just judge me read the rest of the reviews and you'll see. More

Absolute waste of time, not transparent, do not go here I found a RAM 2500 online that was discounted nearly $8000 without citing specific rebates.I inquired to find out which rebates were included in the p I found a RAM 2500 online that was discounted nearly $8000 without citing specific rebates.I inquired to find out which rebates were included in the price and they could not tell me through phone or email. I would have to come in. Joseph Werner told me this, and insisted I come in for the best price. I actually did go in the next day... Brian , the salesman was a nice guy. Went for a test drive and the truck was really nice! Met another "sales manager" at this point who was going to "talk numbers". They offered me absolutely nothing on my lease trade in - which actually had equity as I put a lot down. It was a Toyota Tundra, which is very high in residual. I had gotten offers 3K more than them at other RAM dealers. Additionally, they never disclosed the amount the RAM 2500 was selling for, just a magic number, finance 50K. After inquiring for a price breakdown, they refused. They said I'd use those numbers to take business elsewhere. At the same time, they said they could beat anyone by $500. Well..how would I do that if no dealer gave me pricing transparency? Oh, and ZERO negotiation. He wanted me to do everything, from take a loss on my Tundra, to pay an exorbitant price for the RAM that was last years model. They are not trying to understand you or your situation. They also apparently think you're an idiot. Do not go here. There are other dealers who aren't afraid to give you straight talk, price transparency and professional courtesy. Will not return. Waste of my time, entirely. Thanks More
