It's great they want you to come back to make things right. One of my coworkers went there to look at a 2015 jeep and didn't get any help. The sales people were walking around the whole time. They even treat a potential customer with no service. This gets even better they decided to go to mazda and get a vehicle there. So there you go. Wanting to make things right. Ha ha!!

We do apologize, we were not able to earn your business. They were giving you exactly what you were quoted on the internet, the only issue was your trade. As our records show you wanted $31,000 and unfortunately in our opinion the sr5 is worth $25,000. I know you stated that the other dodge dealers were giving you three thousand more for your trade, but are they selling you the 2500 for the same price as we were? We would like to try and help you, so if you are still in the market and didn't purchase one from another dealer yet our general manager will personally get involved to see if there is anymore money he can get you for your Toyota. Every lease has a residual value that the car or truck is worth at the end, unfortunately more money down doesn't make that number lower at the end of the lease term. It just helps lower the payment of the lease. If your telling us you would be willing to take $28,000 instead of the $31,000 you offered to us we will ask that you bring your truck back in for a second look. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help thank you

I'm happy I decided not to buy here. I was able to get almost 33K for my Tundra from another dealer while getting a better equipped RAM for LESS money, with lower APR than you quoted. I could have gotten it in writing and had you "beat the price", but that makes no sense. If you didn't give me numbers to bring to another dealer as reference, why should I come back with THEIR numbers... Any type of price transparency and breakdown would have retained me as a customer. These details do not matter as much as being up-front and honest with actual numbers. Don't miss the point.As in, more than a random piece of already used paper with some highlighter and a faded Sharpie annotation saying "50K + tax + fees".
