Bought a used Toyota Sequoia Our salesperson, Andres Areiza, was terrific... before, during and after!! We did have a glitch with Management when, after almost 5 hours, we were to Our salesperson, Andres Areiza, was terrific... before, during and after!! We did have a glitch with Management when, after almost 5 hours, we were told we would not be able to leave with our new car. We had to return two days later to get our car (an hour each way for us). However, everyone we met was warm, friendly and very accommodating. The detailing of our Sequoia was superb!! Post purchase, they will be helping us with Bluetooth connectivity, the navigation system and universal garage door opener. We LOVE our new vehicle and got a great price!! If we could, we would rate our overall experience and customer service with 4.5 stars. More

Best dealership experience I’ve ever had I actually walked into Turner back in February to look at a Vehicle with no intention to buy that day. He worked to get me the best deal from a bank rather then accepting the first deal that came along. Great Dealership We purchased a Forte a few years ago from Turner Kia and had it inspected a week ago and on a whim I went on line to look at what was on their lot for We purchased a Forte a few years ago from Turner Kia and had it inspected a week ago and on a whim I went on line to look at what was on their lot for trading in my Forte. Found my next car! Andres Areizas met my husband on the lot as he was looking for the car I had found on line while I was dealing with the shop about the inspection of the Forte. Needless to say, it was a seamless transmission from the Forte to an Optima. By the time all the financing was completed it was rather late so Andres suggested that I stop by the following day to learn all the key features in my very upgraded Optima. Andres was very helpful teaching this non tech person about all the high tech features of her new car. I couldn't be happier with my new car and with Andres at Turner Kia.
