Last week on Friday -10/2 I made an appointment for my Kia Forte 2014, so, I got it towed in Sunday-10/4 evening. I wanted my car there early. Monday so my car could be there and ready for its service app Kia Forte 2014, so, I got it towed in Sunday-10/4 evening. I wanted my car there early. Monday so my car could be there and ready for its service appointment at 1 pm. Day 1: Monday -10/5 I call to check on my vehicle. A gentleman answered from Service Department but I did not get his name. He stated, “that someone would call me about my vehicle soon”. I got no call. That entire day about my vehicle for a follow up. Day 2: Tuesday 10/6 I called to find out what the issue was and why no one reached out to me on Monday 10/5. The service manager: MARK SCHWENTKER who was RUDE! The question is what happen to my appointment on Monday? No one ever reached out. To even call me back about an update on my vehicle. When trying to explain to him. Why I had brought my vehicle for service in the first place. After having a certified mechanic look at it prior. I towed it there. He told me that the engines have recalls and to take it to the Kia Dealer, so I did just that. MARK SCHWENTKER did NOT want to hear it. What I had to say, rudely talking over me and interrupting in the middle of my sentences. While I was trying to explain to him. Why I was there. I was frustrated! I gave the phone to my boyfriend, so that he could speak with him. He did the same thing talking over him rudely and my boyfriend said, “are you going to let me talk. I guess not.” It was a waste of time and energy. Mark (The xxxxxxxxxxx) said, he would take my e-mail information and send me the information showing proof That my car does not have a recall. I never received that email. The service manager sucks!!!! This guy definitely;+ needs customers service training 101. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE! Day 3: Wednesday 10/7 Called back to let them know I was sending a tow to pick up my vehicle. I will never return. They just lost my money and my service. More
Terrible customer service, poor transparency and willingness to help.. regarding their extended warranties, purchased vehicle less than 2 years ago, no loaner for a 3 day repair. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Faulkner GMC however is excellent. Purchased my Denali there and have never had an issue in 2 years. More
Faulty backup camera I take my 2014 Kia Optima in for service to have 2 unrelated recalls corrected and the backup camera checked, the screen is black. I received a call from the service department stating the camera needs to be replaced for $456.00. My car only has $36,000 miles on it. How/why did the camera break? I’m told it’s frequently a problem and it’s always the same part, there’s not a recall on it at this time. Apparently, there’s an “improved” camera that can be installed for free IF it was still under warranty. The warranty expired 7 weeks ago. Basically, it’s tough luck and then I’m charged $61.00 to be told it’s broken. I won’t go back again unless it’s for a recall (which there’s already been 4 so I’m sure they’ll be more) or buy another Kia. More

Lease I came from Fred Beans Kia in Mechanicsburg to either trade in my lease or buy it out. Fred Beans was horrible with customer service and helping me ge I came from Fred Beans Kia in Mechanicsburg to either trade in my lease or buy it out. Fred Beans was horrible with customer service and helping me get closer to my budget. But at Turner, Gary was super helpful in helping me get the price I was looking for and made sure I was happy. Definitely going to Turner from now on!! More
