Parts seem to be a real problem. And too, keeping their promise on the deal we struck when I purchased my Optima. Four times I tried to get what was promised and met with four different excuses. This was one of the worst car shopping experiences I have ever had. The salesman was pushy, did not really care what we were interested in and wasn't really willing to listen. They kept trying to talk you in ever had. The salesman was pushy, did not really care what we were interested in and wasn't really willing to listen. They kept trying to talk you into financing plans other than what were were interested in. They sales people were not friendly and the dealership was outdated. After 2 1/2 hours of being trapped in the show room. We finally had to start walking towards the exit and demand to get our keys back from the vehicle we were going to trade as they kept the keeps after inspecting the vehicle. The salesman finally managed to get the keys back from the sales manager who we never met face to face. We left and will never go back. We did go to Mccafferty Kia in Mechanicsburg where we had an extremely pleasant shopping experience and actually purchased a vehicle from them. It was your loss Turner Kia, learn to be nicer and more respectful of your customers, they are why you are where you are. More
