No pressure! I went to the dealership with an SUV in mind, and was met by Troy Scott, a very pleasant sales person who enabled me to test drive that SUV. We then talked about financing, and I realized quickly that this SUV was out of my budget. Troy suggested to me that I look at an Optima because it was similar to what I had been driving with all of the features and benefits that I told him I definitely wanted in my next car, and it was within my budget. I asked if I could first look at payments to be certain it truly was in my budget before test driving it so that I didn't get attached to something I couldn't afford. He was very accommodating and talked numbers with me before I test drove the Optima. He gave me my choice of color and I chose blue, and from the moment that I drove it, I loved it. Troy even observed that I seemed more comfortable driving the Optima than the SUV and he was right. He did a very nice job of assessing my preferences and style when it came to what car would suit me and I couldn't be happier with his suggestion, his patience, his friendliness, and the fact that I felt absolutely no pressure during any point in the sale. More
