My new Optima I went to Turner Kia to possibly lower my monthly payments. I was driving an SUV, but didn't need such a big vehicle because I am by myself and withou I went to Turner Kia to possibly lower my monthly payments. I was driving an SUV, but didn't need such a big vehicle because I am by myself and without children. I was expecting to end up with an older car (maybe a 2015), but Mike did whatever he could to get the numbers down. The only problem that I encountered was when I was about to leave, we discovered that they cleaned the wrong car. It was the same make, model, and color, but a different car than the one I test drove and signed the paperwork for. They very kindly explained what happened, and they gave me my old car to leave and come back a few hours later to pick the new car up. In the end, I drove off of the lot in a 2018 Kia Optima. Its a beautiful car, and a very smooth ride. Overall, everyone in the dealership was very helpful and kind. Other dealers that I didn't even work with congratulated me when I was leaving. This dealer is friendly and probably the best one I've ever bought a car from. Thank you, Turner Kia! More

3rd Kia, first with Turner Kia. Great experience! I did my research ahead of time, knowing which type of vehicle I wanted. They didn't have the exact model in stock, but obtained from another dealer w I did my research ahead of time, knowing which type of vehicle I wanted. They didn't have the exact model in stock, but obtained from another dealer within a day or two. I was confused on the paperwork numbers, thinking they made a mistake. BUT, Allan and Storm were very patient and let me go home to research a little more. I found the mistake was my own calculation error. I returned within 2 hours to complete the sale! During the process, I had asked to see a lot of details in paperwork, and they obliged. Their patience is what made me feel comfortable enough to proceed with the sale. Pricing was great! I wasn't sure if my asking price was unreasonable. We came to a price that we were both happy with! I'm not sure I would have gotten this price from smaller Kia dealers. Overall, I plan to use their service department and will consider them again for my next vehicle. More

Bad situation made amazing I purchased a vehicle 2 yrs ago from turner kia.. I was basically put upside down in payments and couldn't get out of the VEHICLE i had to out hundred I purchased a vehicle 2 yrs ago from turner kia.. I was basically put upside down in payments and couldn't get out of the VEHICLE i had to out hundreds every month to keep the vehicle running.. I met troy Scott randomly walking in one day in hopes someone could help me get out of my horrible van... we had alot in common schooling wise #milts. He didn't give up on me..he worked for days trying to get me a deal on a vehicle that I could afford and what I was looking for.. troy is a very honest kia employee ..thats tough to say about alot of people and sales staff, but troy was very honest nothing was hidden from me everything was told to me up front every step of the way..
