Terrible Customer Service 9 weeks to put a new engine in our car!! First two weeks not given a rental. Waited one week for them to “throw in detailing of the car”. We went to KIA corporate but because this is privatel owned their hands are tied. Owner never returned a single call. Service manager was horrible to deal with and rarely returned calls. So frustrating. We love KIA but will never bring another vehicle here! Worst experience and customer service ever! More

Amazing Car Buying Experience!!! I was about $2000 away from paying off my 2001 Honda CR-V when the car simply wouldn't make it down the road, and shortly after that - could no longer I was about $2000 away from paying off my 2001 Honda CR-V when the car simply wouldn't make it down the road, and shortly after that - could no longer start. I absolutely need a vehicle to get to and from work, and had been considering a new Kia for a while. I looked at Kia dealership reviews around the central PA area, saw that Turner Kia had excellent reviews and decided to check them out. I stopped in after work at around 5 PM, and sales team member Justin Trees assisted me with the entire buying process. Justin asked pertinent questions about my lifestyle and needs as a car buyer to pair me with the perfect vehicle - I got the impression that he genuinely cared about my experience as a buyer, definitely a first for me. We landed on a financing option that I was happy with, and Scott Wenrich helped me finalize the sale. Scott ran through all of the warranty and financing information - and even gave me some recommendations for my insurance options. I felt extremely confident in my purchase by the end of the sale. From the test drive to driving away with my new car, I couldn't have been more pleased. I was in and out with a new vehicle within THREE HOURS - where else does that happen?!?! (For some perspective, my last vehicle purchase took nearly 2 weeks to finalize, from test drive to delivery). Turner Kia lives up to their slogan ("We take care of you"), it's not just a marketing/sales tactic. I couldn't recommend them more, and will definitely be a repeat customer. This is the place to buy a Kia vehicle in central PA. More
