He did a great job of helping me get a great deal on my new car. He was able to answer all of my questions and took time to explain all the features of my new car. After a horrible experience at Kia -Lancaster PA -- Justin made both myself and my mother feel secure and not "stupid" for knowing exactly what we wan After a horrible experience at Kia -Lancaster PA -- Justin made both myself and my mother feel secure and not "stupid" for knowing exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond to get us specifically what we needed and never spoke down to us. We needed specific financing and after being called names and basically calling my mother stupid from the Lancaster dealer -- Justin was upbeat - and did everything to get us a new car. He is a true salesman. And he made it a fun upbeat experience. Even with a couple gliches (from our end) he worked with us. The only thing I would suggest is the length of time a customer is there. We knew we were buying so having our credit check and financing done from the beginning would have saved hours and hours of back and forth. I know that's what they do - go behind close doors and come back till the deal is reached but it was over 5 hours -- and we didn't have any food and my mom needed her medication after that amount of time. If there is a way to streamline the process that would be amazing - it won't prevent us from recommending Justin and always returning for service and any future purchases. More

Ended up buying used I worked on raising my credit for about 10 months..decided to take my 99 crown Vic in 203k miles on it...in hopes to trade in for a new Optima..howeve I worked on raising my credit for about 10 months..decided to take my 99 crown Vic in 203k miles on it...in hopes to trade in for a new Optima..however my credit ended up placing me in a 2015 VW Jetta with 55k miles instead, both Justin and Rick at Turner Kia in Harrisburg PA made it happen..pulled some serious strings!...I am so happy with my sweet new ride and I owe it all to Turner Kia!!
