They get to know you and see where you are comfortable with and they try to find the right price and vehicle for you. Although towards the end we ended with a higher payment we ended up with a brand new beautiful car and color we wanted (which was a first for us) we never have been able to say what color we want and we have always purchased pre owned. Storm was awesome, offered us refreshments and snack. Great personality and very thorough. He made sure we understood how our car works and was very knowledgeable about the car. They have great services and we can get our car washed for free any time no appt needed. And just for what we got we are very thankful. More
