First time I bought a vehicle off Turner and it will be my last. I will NEVER buy another vehicle off Turner again because the sales manager, Justin Trees, lied to me time after time, never returns my call my last. I will NEVER buy another vehicle off Turner again because the sales manager, Justin Trees, lied to me time after time, never returns my calls and if he promises you something get it in writing. His word means NOTHING to the customer. Service people seemed good but today word of mouth doesn’t apply to Justin. The word CUSTOMER means nothing to him. The Grinch That Sold My Corvette! I was all excited. My goal was to purchase a new 2019 Corvette for myself for Christmas. Went to Turner Chevrolet’s website and saw they had three ( I was all excited. My goal was to purchase a new 2019 Corvette for myself for Christmas. Went to Turner Chevrolet’s website and saw they had three (3) Corvettes available – Shadow Gray, Black, and White. Decided on the Shadow Gray; emailed Turner on Christmas night; asked them to get back to me ASAP. Quentin got back to me on Thursday, 12/26/19, and said it was available. Told him I would be there on Saturday, 12/28/19, to buy it. On Friday, 12/27/19, called Quentin again to ask if it was still available and to confirm I was coming to buy it on 12/28/19. He responded they would hold it for me. Asked him if he wanted a deposit; he said NO. Went up to Harrisburg from Philadelphia (roughly 220 miles round trip) on Saturday, 12/28/19, with my brother-in-law; had a 10:30 AM appointment with Justin Trees. At 10:20 AM, while getting off the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Harrisburg Exit, Justin called and told me the car was sold. Continued to Turner Chevrolet; greeted by Justin jumping like a kangaroo in my direction and saying sorry the car was sold but we have one just like it in black. Justin passed me off to a rookie salesman (there two months), Keyo, who says they will do everything to accommodate me because of the mistake. Left my brother-in-law and I sit at desk for at least a half hour to cool off. Accommodation was $1,500.00 additional off. Keyo also offered me 1.9% but then came back and said 1.9% is not offered for Corvettes. While parking in Turner’s lot, saw a customer driving away in the Shadow Gray Corvette – car I came to buy! Since I work part-time at a GMC dealership, I know there was no way that Shadow Gray Corvette was sold on Saturday morning (Turner opens at 8:30 AM – my appointment was two hours later). It was sold at least a day or two before in order for it to be picked up on Saturday morning. Takes time to clean-up and prepare the car for delivery to the customer and show buyer how everything works. Seems like bait and switch to me! At a minimum, bad business; bad faith; sleazy practices! If you deal with Turner Chevrolet, get everything in writing; be sure to put down a deposit on the car you want to buy. My recommendation is to go elsewhere! Needless to say, it was a depressing ride home to Philadelphia. Missed a day’s pay by taking off on Saturday, 12/28/19. Wasted gas; paid Turnpike tolls; unnecessary mileage on my truck; wasted my time with nothing to show for it! I believe they thought they were going to make two Corvette sales that day – get credit for two big sales at the end of the year. Thought I would buy the black one because I traveled so far! Notified Mitch Koenig, General Manager – to date, never got back to me. Mr. Turner, investigate this negative impact to your 2019 car sales – I was paying for Corvette in cash; no financing – just paperwork for my credit union. If anyone else has had similar experiences with Turner Chevrolet, they should speak up. More

No games, no confusion, just transparent and helpful staff throughout. Don't be put off by the appearance of the used car building, the sales staff is willing to go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. More
Terrible Service after the sale. Recently purchased a 2017 Yukon from Turner Chevrolet on Paxton Street. Sales was great, however I haven't even had the vehicle 90 days yet and had an Recently purchased a 2017 Yukon from Turner Chevrolet on Paxton Street. Sales was great, however I haven't even had the vehicle 90 days yet and had an engine light come on. So I took it into the service department, was notified that something chewed thru a wire under my spare tire (remember haven't had it 90 days yet) and so my service would not be covered by warrant. So I was told I would have to pay $211.00. After a few phone calls later then it was offered that they would pay half and that I would be given the "so called rodent chewed wire so I could see it". As I picked up my vehicle I noticed on the bill that the small clamp they put on was $29.09 and the rest of the bills was $170.00 in labor. I was also not given the part I was suppose to be given. I feel it is a complete disgrace to charge somebody 170 in labor after I just spent 50,000 dollars not even 90 days ago. The dealer should have not charged me labor. I will never purchase a vehicle from Turner Chevrolet and will also not recommend this dealer to any of my family or friends. My vehicle will not be getting service thru Turner ever again.
